Mr. 10 and Mr. 7 (soon-to-be Mr. 8) chose a ski day for their birthday so we celebrated Mr. 10 with a small party with just Nana and some family friends. He designed his own Mario game (complete with music) which everyone had a good time playing. He requested pesto pasta (also known around here as green pasta) and shrimp for dinner and Mario-themed chocolate cupcakes for dessert. Follow this up with some Super Mario Brothers on the Wii and you have a great night celebrating one of our favorite people.
