Afternoon wanderings

Somehow this afternoon we went from discussing Mayan culture to strabismus to Downs Syndrome to mitosis and meiosis. We then moved on to Aztec culture and chocolate and ended up watching videos on the cacao tree and how chocolate is made. Reading aloud became a much better time for discussion after the screaming stopped and Mr. 2 fell asleep.
