A few years ago we received a dendritic cell and some bacteria for Christmas - luckily the plush version which are not infectious at all. The bacteria were enjoyed for awhile but then the boys moved on but the dendritic cells has been one of Mr. 6's favorite friends. "Dendy" as he is known is small enough to put in your backpack and turns out that he loves to travel. He snuck on one of David's trips in the past and he sent us pictures of his adventures exploring Mountain View. So Mr. 6 of course made sure that he came on our trip to Florida - after all, dendritic cells are very handy. He watched the launch of the space shuttle and explore a bit of Disneyworld. Mr. 6 took pictures of Dendy explorng and when he returned decided that he wanted to bring in 100 pictures of Dendy for his 100 days of school project. So Dendy did some further exploration of our house over the week and we put together a collage of his adventures. The hundred adventures for Mr. 6's 100th day of school celebration. Needless to say, Dendy is quite the explorer and you never know where you'll find him!
